We will have limited capabilities on-site to adjust booth equipment. Change requests will be subject to availability and a $30 change fee.

 

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own power cords. Please note, each booth is provided a 5amp/110v outlet. In an effort to prevent power challenges for all, exhibitors are asked to not use power strips unless additional power was ordered and approved prior to the show.

 

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

 

Venue: Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center 10101 Market St. Rothschild, WI 54474

 

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for exhibitors in the rear of the building. Please watch for directional signage on-site.

 

Load In/Out: Exhibitors are required to load in from the rear of the building only. Load out may not begin prior to 5:00pm.

 

REGISTRATION:

 

Pre-registered attendees will have a name badge waiting for them upon their arrival at registration. This will serve as proof of registration. Attendees are able to register on-site, but to prevent long wait times, we encourage all to register in advance, if possible.

 

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:

Innovation Hour!

Innovation Hour! will be held from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm on Wednesday, April 26 on the Main Expo Hall. Companies can participate by providing a prize with a minimum value of $200 (no services please). During this time, the Expo floor will have high energy music and attendees will be encouraged to visit participating booths to drop in their business card for a chance to win. Ballot boxes and balloons to be provided by event organizers. At 4:45 pm prize winners will be announced.

 

FEATURED DEMO SPACE IN THE MAIN EXPO HALL

This space will allow for 20-minute presentation sessions on the Main Expo Floor. Presentations should be industry not sales focused. This space will include an audio system, monitor, table with linen and seating for attendees. Those interested in presenting will be required to provide a brief overview of their intended presentation for approval by the event organizers. Fee to participate is $250 and will be invoiced separately.Attending Exhibitors
