That’s exactly what we’re tackling at Java & Jobs, a focused leadership session designed for operations leaders and business owners who know the future of their shop floor depends on smart talent strategy and real-world solutions.

What to Expect:

📺 Opening Session: LinkedIn Live (10 to 15 min)
We’ll begin with a high-level overview of why succession planning often misses the mark in manufacturing and what’s at stake when it does. You’ll hear key insights, eye-opening data, and thought-provoking questions designed to spark meaningful conversation and set the stage for deeper discussion.

🔒 Go Deeper: In-Person Roundtable (40 to 50 min)
Once the Live ends, the in-person work begins. We’ll shift off-camera into a peer-to-peer working session, exclusive to those attending in person. This roundtable is where we roll up our sleeves and get tactical, exploring:

  • Real world succession planning challenges in manufacturing

  • Applying the 9 box talent matrix on the shop floor

  • Sample individual development plans (IDPs) and coaching templates

  • Proven processes to build bench strength, reduce risk, and retain top performers

You don’t have to have the answers  just bring your questions, curiosity, and coffee.
