A significant number of manufacturers throughout central Wisconsin are increasingly concerned about the shortage of skilled workers in the manufacturing industry. As baby boomers retire, there are fewer individuals entering the field to replace these invaluable employees. How can our companies thrive if they lack the workforce essential for their growth?
The Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance is a collaborative network of manufacturers dedicated to partnering with educational institutions, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce, and state organizations to promote and support manufacturing across our region.
