The Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (CWIMA) partners with educators to connect with the K-12 population. Our
goal is to provide resources and information to educators, students, and their families so they can make more informed choices about post-secondary education and
training as it leads to careers. It is part of Wisconsin DPI’s (Department of Public Instruction) overall vision for every student to graduate high school and be college
and career ready. We support students to be critical thinkers, learn collaborate and solve real-world problems, and understand the important and worthwhile and in-demand career
opportunities that exist in the manufacturing industry.
Below are some of the programs CWIMA offers and promotes to encourage children and teens to consider pursuing a manufacturing career.
