Job Summary:
Wausau Tile Inc. employs hundreds of talented, dedicated employees, whom we depend on to deliver the high-quality products and services that set us apart from our competition. The Site Furnishing Sales position combines knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on the various products Wausau Tile has to offer. This individual is the key point of contact for clients and provides pre and post sales expertise. This position regularly collaborates with other members of the sales team from other departments, such as research, development, design, purchasing, production and quality, as well as senior management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide technical assistance and product education throughout the sales process
· Provide project estimates
· Develop long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting project requirements
· Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
· Aggressively meet sales goals with company and profitability projections in mind
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills, required:
· Previous Customer Service or Sales experience
· Superior interpersonal skills to communicate with technical expertise and clarity
· Able to work individually and within a team environment
· Ability to travel when required for customer & project visits
· Computer savvy and quick with Microsoft Office programs, and others
· Excellent typing skills are a plus
Preferred:
· Knowledge and/or experience with Site Furnishing products
· Real life sales experience is a plus
